In Constanța, the sea breeze carries more than salt; it carries stories. Stories of migration, flavor, and shared roots. This 3-course tasting menu invites you to explore Dobrogea, one of Romania’s most fascinating culinary regions, shaped by Greek, Tatar, Aromanian, Ottoman, and Balkan influences.
Set in the heart of Constanța’s seaside charm, this experience is a tribute to the diversity of the Danube–Black Sea region. Each dish is crafted with intention, using locally sourced ingredients from the markets of Griviței, fresh seafood from the coast, herbs from small gardens, and traditional recipes passed down and reinterpreted.
Whether you’re savoring a stuffed Șuberek inspired by Tatar street food or a plum-rich dessert with Middle Eastern notes, this experience is about stepping out of the ordinary and embracing the unexpected. Local wines from Dobrogea’s terroir or homemade lemonades infused with sea buckthorn complete the picture.
It’s not just a menu, it’s a conversation between past and present, between land and sea.
