I would like to invite you to experience Romanian flavors and childhood memories in liquid form through my original creations.
You`ll taste local spirits, but mixed with classic and modern cocktail concepts that you might even know.
You`ll definitely be remembering a Romanian Old Fashioned with a mix of palinka and vinars (local ”cognac”) or my slightly spicy lovage daiquiri that you can see on Netflix` Flavors of Romania.

The list will include Palinka or Cherry Liqueur (vișinată), Vinars, but also Romanian Award Wining Gin.
On botanical level you`ll get to taste lovage, tarragon and elderflower.
